OTRA and waldo53....thanks for all of your help...what should my points be set at? I want to re-check them when putting in the new condensor... I will replace the condensor check the points and then warm her up and advance the timing and go on the road...can I call you guys with my cell phone and hold it for you to listen to the engine while hitting the hills...my wife screams quite nicely at me when we are stuck on the side of the road....maybe you guys could calm her down!
