you really need the assembly manual - at the bottom there's a bolt that threads into the bottom end of the brace on the inner side of the fender, and the piece on the cab that the bolt goes thru may have rotted away, or more likely the lower end of that brace on the fender rotted .... for patches I'd say you need
the lower part of the brace [with captive nut] and probably the
lower mounting bracket .... and likely the
lower hinge pillar pocket where the drain is for the cowl vents .... there are also
brace rods from the back of the wheel opening on the fender to the cab
