I need some advise please
i have a 54 3100 with a 76 camaro front clip, i need to change the sway bar bushes.
i measured the bar to be 15/16", so ordered camaro bushes to fit a 15/16" bar with mounting tabs on the clamps
(moog part number k5241).
when looking at the new bushes and test fitting them on the bar, the holes in the bushes are only about 3/4" so to close up the bush it will have to go about 3/8"
is this normal?
It seems that the bush clamp is going to struggle to close up this difference without stripping the bolt holes in the chassis
Any advise would be good
