For a rookie like me, it was't too bad. Rebuild basically means take it apart, put it back together. Make sure you've got your cheat sheet that comes with the rebuild kit, or a seperate manual, whichever. If you run across any problems, post it in the appropriate forum, and you'll get help from plenty of people.
Prior to firing it up, be sure to get out the bad gas in the fuel lines and in your tank. Bad gas will muck up that freshly rebuilt carb of yours.
