I used the aerosol brake cleaner on mine and it worked OK. My line was plugged with crud. I put a piece of rubber fuel line on one end with a clamp around where the two joined and put a compressed air connector in the other end of the rubber line. I'd shoot it "full" of brake cleaner and hook it to the compressed air line. Every hour or two I'd top it off and reconnect it. It took several hours but eventually I got load of crud out the other end. I've been using that line for several years now without issue.
