Does it go away if you push on the brake peddle ?Somtimes its a little rust or maybe a stone in the drum. If it does not change when you push on the brakes it could be the brake plate rubbing on the drum ,when was the last time you packed the wheel bearing? I would frist do the brake peddle check if it does not change than I would pull the wheel and check the brake plate if thats not rubbing I would check the wheel bearings,best to be safe than sorry .
