I just browsed through Bigtonkas pics of his reassembled brakes [front and rear], and I think I may have answered my question.

Yes, those are most definitely fronts. You could use them in the front or swap the adjusters from your old ones (if their not too bad) I think you would also have to remove (or swap) that clip that steps the adjustments.
