Hoggy, today I located what appears to be one of the correct spacers in a box of junk hardware I got with the truck. In a pinch, I have grabbed a stack of flat washers the same height to do the other bolt. Cinched up tight and all seems to be fine. Hoggy if you have an extra one of those spacers I'll take it off your hands for a fair fee. Not sure about '63, but my brackets left and right are slightly different from each other. The difference amounts to the location of the mounting holes. The one on the driver side has to clear the footing on the block that mates to the oil pan, so its holes are quite close to its lower edge compared to the passenger side.
