If it's a solid cam 6 and 16, 7 and18, pick one.hydraulics obviously will be zero, one turn (SLOWLY!)after the slack is taken out. By all means,put a brick on the gas pedal so the engine warms up- on a 235 about 5000 RPM for 20 minutes should do it, v-8's I figure about 7500 RPM and 30 minutes or until the last rod flies past your head (don't forget to count!, and main bearings don't count).
