I'd like to hear about gas-mileage from Cosmo or anyone else that has over-drive. I have the 3.55 rear-end gears and 1:1 transmission in high gear and I get about 19 MPG at 55 MPH. At 65 MPH, I get about 12 MPG. I attribute this to the the higher RPM (2500 compared to 2100 RPM) and to the fact that I am driving a box (wind resistance).
