It took 16 months to get all the mechanicals and electricals properly/repaired/restored/upgraded on my '50 stovebolt and get it back on the road; and this was a running truck when I bought it.
I'm having great fun driving it, and occasionally putting it to
work loaded up and towing. But as mobileortho says in the post above, projects like this are never really finished.
