If you are asking about 1955-1st series interior color options, I am not aware of Bombay Ivory being used as an interior color. I think that Pearl Beige was the standard interior color in 1954 regular cab trucks and in all 1955-1st cabs. Pearl Beige was also used in one of the four two-tone interior colors that were available in late 1954, Beige/Maroon(and most likely 1955-1st series). Birch White and Brown were another two-tone interior combination.
Regarding chrome Ventipane frames (and vent window frames), it is only listed with two-tone interiors (with or without two-tone exteriors).
Pure White and Shell White were exterior colors used in 1954/55-1st but Bombay Ivory was the upper two-tone exterior color in late 54/55-1st
