You can get an auto choke version and simply convert it with NAPA kit to manual choke, for about $20.
If it needs rebuilding, I highly recommend to go with carbking's repair kits.
These are custom assembled by hand for your particular carb and have parts in them you won't find in the regular kits, sold by parts stores eveywhere.
