I think a 5 on 5 GM hub will also have the big rotor, which won't fit to the smaller camaro caliper. My clip is from a mid 70's monte carlo, which also has a 5 on 4-3/4 pattern, and I found that a late 70's olds complete spindle and rotor assembly will bolt directly to the Monte ball joints. A simple swap. I got big brakes, and 5 on 5 bolt pattern. I don't know if it would fit to your Camaro suspension, but might be worth checking.
