are you using the old head bolts if so they might have gotten stretched with all the use there getting lately get you a new set of arp head bolts and a felpro gasket put a good coat of indian head shelack around the water jacket holes and do the 3 step torque sequence also put your bolts in the oven before you do your first torque that will let them expand and give you a head start on the second torque sequence
