welcome to the shops sioux, might find more info in the general truck talk forum rather than the transmission forum
newer rads are different shape cores, pretty hard to adapt to the 5-9 core supports, which is necessary to hold the front end together - might try a post in the parts wanted section, or better, check local rad shops about repairing yours, assuming you have a bad one
