Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 7 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 7 | My grandpa found the cylinder that was on the compressoin stroke and hooked up an air hose connector to a pipe fitting the same size as the spark plug threads (drilled out an old plug and brazed the fitting on it)hooked it to the air compressor and it turned the engine backwards until air came out the intake. Then diesel and oil in each cylinder and slowly worked it til it turned over very easy without any plugs in it.
I may be young but I'm willing to try and learn, which is better than being old and thinking you know it all... I'm looking in your direction dad.
