Things look ok to me, no funny wear marks on the teeth. Just making a rough count of the teeth on the ring, I'm inclined to beleive it is the 4.10 gear. Swapping the third member shouldn't be any issue, though if you have a shop manual, that would be helpfull. If not, the
'49-'51 manual is available free online.
