For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 97 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 97 | Just got the wiring transplant done of my 56 3200 235. Worked my way thru one bug after another. Got the lights and new flasher/ turn signal are working. Radio & speakers are good. The head & tale lights are good. The gas guage has no power at the sending unit well actuall about 3 volts. 12 v into the guage and low to none out. I can't see the gas guage needle on either side of guage. I check it before reassembly and worked ok. Is it possible for the needle to be pinched as I did have that with the speedometer needle before testing prior to installing. | | |
