In my opinion, "Price is right" means nothing if what your trying to steer down the road has a mind of its own. When I had bias ply tires driving and steering required about 95% of my attention. After I went radial 16 inch I could enjoy the ride and scenery and use 50% attention to steering. Just my observations. Your mileage may vary. Good Luck. Jerry
