Ok, great feedback. I dropped the tranmission and clutch to start over. pressure plate is facing right direction (it will only install in one direction) but good to check. Made sure clutch fork is on the throwout bearing correctly, reinstalled everything and toqued it up correctly. I even adjusted the rod all the way out to give the clutch the maximum amount of movement. However, I'm having the same problem. This is the correct clutch assembly (got it from LMC Truck). I'm scratching my head. Wasted 2 hours doing all this yesterday.
I will try Hippy's feedback this morning and see if that free's it up.
Longbead, just to double check, would you have a picture of what you are describing on the throwout bearing? I believe I have it correct.
