Rule of thumb... With mufflers of the same width/height/internal baffling, the longer they are the quieter they are. Thanks. I wasn't aware of that theory. The muffler could be any brand really. Magnaflow was a convenient catalog example. I have all the parts except the muffler to complete the system. After assembly and a couple of tack welds, a friend will finish the weld up for me. Thanks for the advice.
