It sounds like the clutch disc is stuck to the flywheel or the pressure plate. To free up try to start in gear with the clutch pedal pushed in. SAFTY NOTE: 1, Have working brakes, 2, the truck WILL lurch forward or back depending on what gear selected so make sure you have lots of space in the front and back of the truck. Another method is to put the rear axel on Good jack stands with tires clear of the ground,start in gear, push the clutch pedal in, and hold it in, and apply the brakes.
