waldo53 Shop Shark W Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,464 ID	Just a guess here Frank, I'm not familiar with the '59 carb, but sounds like your carb and base don't match. My thought is - what do you have to lose? Grind or file a notch in the base to match the carb and give it a try. Maybe someone else will chime in here too.
