No nothing binding, I set it up to ensure full stroke of master cylinder and it works fine until you start it and create a vacuum, it's not enough to apply the brakes but enough to keep the pedal to fully return. Now that it is bled out I'll try and fine tune it. Hope to get a road test in this weekend before tearing it back down. Thanks G
