if you don't have a key to copy, you'll need a good locksmith, any locksmith will have blanks that will work, most should have OEM shaped blanks - the originals might have said GM, but not Chevrolet, most said Briggs and Stratton or BASCO, who started making auto lock cylinders and keys for the industry in the 20's
