thanks bill. i just have a radio in it. nothing fancy. i have a friend w/ a machine shop, so fabbing the mounts wont be a problem. i just wanted to go w/ a new alternator due to my luck. something about a warranty eases my mind. i was told i could obtain one from NAPA for around 60-80 bucks-DVZ
