Thanks 51ashton. Using your advice I got the window out with no problem. Now I have another question. I assumed the felt covered widow channel went up one side, across the top, and down the other side. When I took it apart though, I found that the channel was only on the sides, and there was a sponge rubber strip across the top that the window seals against when fully raised. Is this stock, and if so, where can you buy the sponge rubber piece? I've not seen it in any of the catalogs.
