Hy crockbuyer, I don't really understand your post, the vacuum to operate things like vacuum wipers, or two speed vacuum shifted rear axles comes from the intake manifold, not the exhaust manifold. The 292 engine is a truck only engine and an intake manifold for it should have port[s] in it to connect vacuum accesories to, hope that helps.
