mendonjo 'Bolter M Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 277 East Tennessee	I had the jumping when I was missing a tooth on the distributor drive (it was a Dodge slant 6). If your points are eroding from the electrical discharge, replace your condenser. Its job is to minimize the arcing the eats the points up. 1955 First Series 3100
