For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 67 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 67 | I'm getting ready to install a fuel line on my 1949 chevy truck. The guy how had it before me used a fuel hose from the tank to the pump.I have 5/16 brake line and want to mount the line to the frame. There isn't a clear picture in any of my shop books. I purchased a shut off valve for the tank and the male openning in the valve looks like a brake compression fitting. Do you run the hard line from the tank to the pump or is there a break somewhere for rubber? any help and pictures will be a big help! Thank you for your help! | | |
