You can use your front I-beam and suspension, but probably be better off going with a mustangII or front clip from a Nova or Camaro. No you really wouldn't have any issues with the inner fender walls. It isn't just a bolt-in type of deal. There is some exstensive work involved. Oh, and a little bit of cash too.
