there's a step by step in the shop manual for assembling the door glass, the main piece and the vent go in at the same time .... the division bar has it's own bit of felt in the channel and the single long run goes across the top from the division bar and down the back .... there were originally sheet metal clips that stabbed into the back of that felt channel and wedged across the opening to hold them in, someone just inquired about them with a picture

and don't be disappointed when you find you haven't "weatherproofed" the truck, the TF doors and glass are notoriously hard to seal
