| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 32 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 32 | I have a 41 Chevrolet truck and yesterday the speedometer needel started dancing. It then made a squeeling sound and died. The cable snapped at the bottom but the problem seems to be in the speedometer itself. The drive shaft for lack of a better word has frozen in the cast housing. Are these units interchangeable with any other years? I only need the back part. Joe Newton [email protected] | | | |
