The only difference between installing the 350 and 700 is the importance of the tv cable and if its electronic you need something to lock the converter up. it will cost an extra couple of hundred bucks. I put a floor shifter in mine from lokar wich comes with all of the linkage you need. I can get under mine and snap a few pics of what I did and send them to you if they will help. just let me know.

you will need the following at least
flywheel
starter
shifter
converter lock kit
have your drive shaft modified
new engine mounts if its horse shoe/trans mounted
trans cooler and/or new rad.
trans mount
tv cable bracket

feel free ask questions. I put mine in last winter so I don't remember everything off of the top of my head but I will help in any way I can. I was a little leary of doing mine at first but I did a lot of research and the trans and the importance of the tv cable and the drive shaft angles. Mine is a 3/4 ton with the x frame so it was a little tight at the rear of the trans but it all worked out well.
