I am working on the daughters truck and fabricating a cross-member to support the TH350 I stuck on the 235. My question is : Is it a NO NO to drill the flanges of the frame? I know it is not recommended on modern hardened frames, but I was wondering if it was taboo on these as well. And while I'm asking I just want to confirm drilling the web is OK on the frame.
