| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 266 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 266 | I'm looking at buying a set of the optional half-leaf overload springs for my '66 C-10. The person I'm buying them from has a full set, the upper brackets and springs are off of a C-10, but the lower brackets are off of a C-20.
Will this cause a fitment problem with my control arms and u-bolts being half-ton and the brackets being 3/4 ton? Judging from the LMC catalog and my service manuals, there isn't a difference in the trailing arms.
Thanks for your help guys! | | |
