Should have plenty of room and I'd guess you can even turn up some aftermarket motor mounts to mostly bolt it in.

After first buying the engine the electronics to make it run will probably consume the most money.

Also should subscribe to Diesel Power Magazine if you don't already. Lots to learn there and ads from numerous vendors who can help you out. From what I gather PPE is one of the best/better places to go for Duramax swap stuff, here's a wiring harness from them
