Thanks GMONIZ, that's similar to what I want to do except he streteched his doors too. It looks like he added about 6" to his. I'm not looking for storage space, just a little leg room. According to my measurements, 3.5 to 4" will make the interior dimensions very similar to a later model standard cab, which I find comfortable enough. It also won't be noticible to most people that the truck has been modified. I don't think my back could take much driving in a standard TF cab. I have a '57 1-ton that I drive only for short trips so I know what it feels like.
