I just replaced the headliner in my '48 half ton today! It's pretty easy, you have to pay attention to the details. i got my headliner from the truck shop in Orange, Ca. They're available online also. the quality of the part is pretty good, I may have installed it a little too much to the drivers' side because I can see the reliefs in the headliner where the screws for the windlace go on the passenger side but, it is no big deal to me. While you're at it, you might want to replace/ install insulation , perfect time to do it. Keenan
