I have a 66C10 with a 3 speed Saginaw. The truck sat for a long time until I obtained it and now it runs. However, it apprears the seals in the transmission must have dry rotted. It leaks around the output shaft (far back), the shifter shafts, and the speedometor shaft. I'm most concerned about the seal at the back as it leaves a puddle and the transmission stays low. I obtained a new seal which fits over the end right where the drive shaft yoke is inserted and it still drips like before.
Anyone who can provide wise counsel is appreciated. I really do not want to rebuild the tranny. Thanks
