there are 2 bi-metal overload fuses on the switch, the springy tab contacts on each side - unlikely they'd both go at the same time .... if you have the accessory fuse panel might be one on it - wouldn't be unheard of for all 4 to burn out at once
other wise I'd suspect wiring someplace, do all the other lights work?
