I also have shipped Fed Ex Home Delivery. I've parted several 60s trucks on ekbay shipping Fed Ex. The only parts that wouldn't go because of oversize charges were the doors and cowl vent. I'd wrap the parts tight in card board, fenders, horns, radiator support, etc..
