The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop GMC distributor in a 235

I believe that the early 235 engines are the ones with the cast cam( Milk Can Lifters). All the high pressure 235's and 261's used the forged cams.All GMC motors, 228-302, used a Cast cam. So the distributor would have to be changed out if it is a high pressure 235 or 261.
