"rebuilt" engine sitting like that for 18 years, no manifolds? boat anchor - used for some time after rebuild and pulled more recently, just another old engine, poorly stored, condition unknown .... if all the sheet metal is present and perfect and you really want a panel 1800 might be justifiable, might try 1800 including the trailer  Bill | | | |
