I put the entire nose (fenders, inner fenders, hood, grille, latch pan, lower splash pan etc etc ) from a '53 1/2 on to my '48 1 ton.
Everything bolts up. The only difference is the radiator core supports are different between the 1/2 ton and 1 ton. Use your 1 ton radiator core support. They bolt to the cross member differently.
