Only 1 thing I'd do-add some wire separators to the plug wires. That'll clean things up nicely and prevent crossfire in the wires. Get some good ones from Accel or Mallory, they come in several colors and are made better than the cheapie ones that you see at the flaps.
Question-what did you use to do the rocker and side covers? The look awesome!
