Wrenchbender Ret, if the engine you have is a Chevy, '34 and '35 are not the same. If the block has short water jackets it's a '34. If it has long water jackets it's a '35-'36. The heads are different too. I learned this when I was restoring my '36 Chevy pickup and was looking for original parts.
