delta - your axle isn't flipped or the vent nub wouldn't be on top as it is in the pic - the pots are always off center, with one axle longer than the other - the spring mount pads were moved so the springs could be put under rather than in the original position above the axle, and that's why the bumpers are down on the axle, the shocks
will not support the truck! - an altogether non-functional setup, you may want to consider restoring the correct configuration .... may be part of why the PO gave up on the project
