For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 388 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 388 | I lowered my 48 by removing 4 leafs(small ones) in the front and 3 in the rear. Then put the 15" wheels all around. That made it lower and took alot of the light out around the wheel wells . Made the tires fill in better. Im not gonna haul anything on my truck cept maybe a x-mas tree and the Missis. I did take the springs apart and cleaned and por 15 each one and put leaf liner between each one. The main thing I wanted to do was to fill in the wheel wells and thats what I did. My next time around I would like to try the mono-leaf way, easy but $$$. Good Luck,
